VP of Marketing 

Sierra Brangman - Expected to lead the marketing associates in developing all of the company’s marketing strategies, promotions, development of sales, generation of marketing and sales analysis. The VP of Marketing is also expected to work in collaboration with the D&T department to design various products and banners for the company.  The VP of marketing creates reports for all stakeholders about the product offerings of the company, and advises management on product life extending strategies. The VP of Marketing works in conjunction with Accounting to figure out the ROI of advertising campaigns and promotions as well as ensuring that prices are up-to-date.

VP of Social Networking

Antoine Jones- Will work in conjunction with marketing to promote the various advertising campaigns and promotions as created by marketing. They will ensure that the company has social media accounts that connect them to their customers. The VP of Social Networking will develop strategies on how to fundraise for the company as well as strategies to entice people through social media. These strategies will be approved by the executive officers (CEO and CAO).

VP of Arts & Publications
Taye LambeWill help to create and develop the image of the company. They will work in close conjunction with marketing and social networking to provide a cohesive image and company brand that is a reflected through all departments of the company. The VP of Design and Technology will develop graphic design materials and media materials that will be used to market the company. They will keep track of the website activity, and use technology to increase company awareness for consumers.

Chief Financial Officer

Khaleel Daley- The CFO represents the financial statement about the business to all the key stakeholders. They advise the business on how to profitably use their money. They will develop strategies to control and monitor the functions of the Accounting Dpt. as well as protect company assets.

Human Resources Manager

Kal-Shae Mathews- Expected to plan, direct and coordinate the administrative functions of the organization. They oversee recruiting, interviewing and hiring of new staff members. They are expected to develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety.

Chief Administrative Officer

Yasser Baia - The CAO reports to the CEO on the everyday operations of the business. They monitor the overall processes of all of the departments. The CAO collaborates with the CEO to make decisions pertaining to the company.

Chief Executive Officer

Tyrese Coakley- Works with all departments to achieve the various goals set for the company. He assures that the vision is reflected throughout the company. He approves and monitors the operations of the company and all of the processes to make sure that tasks are fulfilled sufficiently.
